Dolphin Encounters on Blue Lagoon Island,
A simple
answer would be that we are able to provide the general public and
concerned dolphin lovers the opportunity to see their dreams come true.
We see the evidence of this every day as we watch the faces of our
guests when they meet one of our dolphins for the very first time.
A more
subtle answer to this question lies in the opportunity with which we as
the dolphins' caretakers are provided. Through our educational lectures
and the intimate contact with the dolphins that our guests receive, we
are able to teach people how special the dolphins are.
Ultimately, because of this knowledge, we hope that everyone will become
even more committed to conservation

Our tours operate in the open ocean and
are therefore subject to the elements of the open waters, swell and
wind. Cancellations of tours can occur with very little warning.
Depending on the conditions of the day,
sea conditions can result in clients becoming seasick while out at sea.
A permit system restricts the number of
dolphin swimmers allowed in the water. For this reason our tours are
heavily in demand over the summer months (November to April). Therefore
it is advisable to plan well ahead if you want to book a dolphin swim.
Dolphin watching does not have any
restrictions, therefore is not under the same demands as dolphin
swimming.
Both these activities take place on the
same boat, each boat taking out swimmers and watchers. However to ensure
against disappointment you should book your watching tour in advance as
well, especially in the busy summer months
